RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster community growth across various platforms.
  • Create compelling, on-brand content for social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and monitoring.
  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and use insights to optimize content strategy and drive results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, content creation, and community management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to ensure alignment and consistency across all channels.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance in all social media activities.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER:

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience preferences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and content creation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
